My name is JAKE WOOLF and I’m a writer/editor of men’s fashion things.
I love clothing. I have ever since I decided dressing up as Superman every day when I was 3 was how I was gonna stunt on haters. Then I won best dressed in high school and stunted again. Then I got a job writing for Hypebeast and met some of my heroes, which allowed me to then work for the best menswear site of all-time, Four Pins. I spent the majority of my career at GQ where I still contribute to this day.
On this Substack is basically unfiltered Jake. It’s the stuff that will never get published anywhere else because the takes are too hot, the content too weird, and the attention to much on ME. But I’m also here to share my stories, give my perspective, and help the world be a little bit of a better place. At least better looking, anyway.
